Today I watched
the leaves change
their color,
I wondered
where you were,
but I hadn’t much time
to worry.
I think I’m going to explode,
you see.
Curious how we wait so long
to do the things
we ought to do,
Yet we’re
so eager
to ruminate
and contract
The bees always return,
though,
And every spring
I get the chance
to excavate
and illuminate
then expand.
And you’ll be there too.
You’ll see.
Every where you look,
there’s genesis
